Pu Er (Raw)
A signature tea from Yunnan, China, that grows in complexity as it ages. Raw Pu Er has a distinct herbal character and a smooth yet substantial palate.
- Warm teapot with boiling water.
- Rinse 5g of tea with boiling water. Discard water.
- Pour in 200ml fresh boiling water, brew for 1 minute, strain and serve.
- This tea can produce up to 10 infusions, each varies in strength, aroma and taste.
