A smokey tea from the rocky mountains of Wuyi, Fujian, that has an intriguing complexity.
Brewing tips:
  1. Warm teapot with boiling water.
  2. Pour 50ml fresh boiling water over 5g of tea. Discard water.
  3. Pour in 200ml fresh boiling water, brew for 30 seconds, strain and serve.
