Tips on Storage

Store your teas in a cool, dry place, away from light and strong smells.
Green tea should be refrigerated to prolong its freshness.

We love our teas as they are, but if you are up for variations, here are some recipes to dress up your cuppa….

Iced Tea...

Brew your tea the proper way and refrigerate it for 3 hours.
Brew your tea with half of the recommended water volume, simmer the tea longer to make the base strong, and pour over ice.

Add a slice of lemon to zest it up.

The Hong Kong way...

Brew a very strong cup of Assam Sapphire, Assam Ruby or Dimbulla and add condensed milk to taste.

The British way...

Add sugar and milk (or lemon) to taste.  Best on Red teas.

The Indian way...

Best made with Assam Ruby.  Add water, tea leaf, milk, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, star anise, peppercorn, cloves and nutmeg to pot.  Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.  Add sugar to taste.

The Moroccan  way...

Add honey or brown sugar to Mint tea.

The Russian way...

Add a teaspoon of fruit jam to a strong cup of Red tea.  Best on Assam Sapphire, Assam Ruby or Dimbulla.
