This tea produces a vibrant red liquor and a refreshing sour-sweetness. Roselle has been widely used in folk medicine as a diuretic, mild laxative, and treatment for cardiac diseases.

Brewing tips:

Pour 200ml of fresh boiling water over 5 to 6 pieces of roselle, brew for three minute, strain and serve.  The infusion can be enjoyed hot or chilled over ice as a refreshing summer drink.
