A fully fermented black tea with improves with age. This tea produces a dark red liquor with a silky smooth palate.
- Warm teapot with boiling water.
- Pour 50ml of fresh boiling water over two tablespoons of tea. Discard water.
- Pour in 200ml of fresh boiling water, brew for two minutes, strain and serve.
- This tea can produce up to 10 infusions, each varies in strength, aroma and taste.
