A fully fermented black tea that improves with age. This tea produces a dark red liquor with a silky smooth palate.
Warm teapot with boiling water.
Pour 50ml of fresh boiling water over two tablespoons of tea. Discard water.
Pour in 200ml of fresh boiling water, brew for two minutes, strain and serve.
This tea can produce up to 10 infusions, each varies in strength, aroma and taste.
